Location was good

Not many hotels have family room. I’m glad that they have family room with reasonable pricing. The room is located near the top floor, so the noise from the nearby pubs cant be heard. The housekeeper is accomodating to our adhoc cleaning request before we left the room for outing. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Whenever we alight from the cab at night, the hotel staff would shine light into the car seats to endure nothing is left behind. My friend had accidentally triggered his old leg injury nearing to the checkout time. The hotel staff provides wheelchair and assist in pushing it to our hired vehicle.

I stay at this hotel regularly. It is in a great location, and it is easy to find what you want on foot. The hotel provides a free shuttle to Terminal 21 and Bumrumgrat Hospital, which is very useful. The best beds in Bangkok, I always sleep well in this hotel.

Staff were outstanding and extremely helpful. Comfortable lobby area, exceptional facilities very nice rooms. Most comfortable bed of my entire trip easily, water pressure in shower was phenomenal. Cooling was quick and efficient.

With no doubt, staff were highly professional. Let me tell you an experience I had, my wife got sick, I’ve just phoned the hotel receptionist, then she called the hospital and arranged a taxi . Moreover, the hotel team sent to us wishing card and and fresh fruits. I felt the meaning of hospitality, when you feel they treat you as a member of family.
